■ Coming to South Africa for the first time, 1%: Privilege in a Time of Global Inequality, a photo exhibition curated by Myles Little, is on show at the Chavonne’s Battery Museum, at the Clock Tower, V&A Waterfront until Saturday April 15. The exhibition comprises of 40 images by 33 of the world’s distinguished contemporary photographers, and affords the opportunity to highlight the topic of unequal societies. Chavonne’s Battery Museum is open from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Wednesday. From Thursday to Sunday, opening hours are from 9am until 6pm. Tickets cost R70 each for adults, R50 for students, seniors and Red Bus ticket holders, and R30 for children aged six to 16 years old. Children under six years old enter free.
