Chef Shin Takagi, from the two Michelin-star restaurant Zeniya in Japan, partnered with local chefs, Peter Tempelhoff of FYN Restaurant, and Sushiya’s head chef Ryan Reyes for a sushi demonstration at Time Out Market at the Waterfront on Saturday April 27.
Time Out Market manager Russ Meyer said the market would be introducing more food demonstrations interested parties should keep an eye on Time Out Market’s social media pages.
