Restaurants, hotels and chefs are invited to register for the fifth edition of Good France/Gout de France, taking place in March. The aim of Good France is to showcase and celebrate the French cuisine and lifestyle and France as a tourist destination.
The proposed theme for this year is “sustainable actions in gastronomy to preserve the planet” and the French region of Provence. Chefs are invited to prepare a special Good France menu, including an aperitif, a starter, one or two mains, a cheese platter or dessert, accompanied by French wines and champagnes.
As part of the festival, the menu will be served at the participating venue for one week in March. Register on http://uk.france.fr/en/gout-france-good-france by proposing a menu showcasing before Friday February 15.
