Wait at Alexander Upstairs

The physical theatre production, Wait, will be staged at the Alexander Upstairs Theatre, 76 Strand Street, from today, Thursday July 21, to Saturday July 23, at 9pm. Directed by Nathalie Vijver and written and performed by Raine Waring, pictured, the play tells the story of Monica Van Zyl, a character fraught with insecurity. She has a distorted view of her self-image, internally and externally, constantly doubting herself and her place in the world and in love.
