Emo Adams and the Take Note band will be performing at the Roxy Revue Bar at GrandWest from Wednesday December 15, until Sunday January 9.
The Grand Show will celebrate GrandWest’s 21st anniversary.
The band is led by bass player and musical director Sean De Vries with Shaun Francke on electric and acoustic guitars, Marco Mentoor on piano and keyboards and Lance Rhoda on drums and percussion.
“I am really excited about this extravaganza. It will be my first time back on stage with the Take Note band in five years, so you can expect we are going bring a lekker jol with hits, energy, jokes and a few surprises. It’s the perfect way to end this crazy year,” says Emo.
Shows start at 8pm. On Saturdays there will be a 5pm and 8pm show and one show on Sundays at 5pm. Two special New Year’s Eve shows have been planned starting at 5pm and 8pm.
To comply with Covid-19 regulations there are only 60 tickets for each show. Tickets cost R180 from Wednesday December 15 to Thursday December 23; R220 from Tuesday December 28 to Thursday December 30; R250 for New Year’s Eve; and R200 from Tuesday January 4 to Sunday January 9.
